Cancellation Policy

In order to protect the time and energy of those of us at Right Fit Walk & Train, LLC, we allow four (4) emergency cancellations per year. 

Notice must be given within twenty-four (24) hours. 

If less than 24 hours or more than 4 instances, you will be charged the full rate of the walk regardless of services rendered. 

If your cancellation notice does fall within our allowances, you will still be charged but given a credit for the walk you paid for. This credit will apply to the next month's walks.

If you discontinue services before the credit is given, we will refund you the cost of the walk. Refunds may take 15-30 business days.

If you would like to cancel for a non-emergency situation (vacation, travel, etc.) We ask for one (1) week advance notice. These cancellations will not be charged. 

If you or your dog is sick, please contact Terrance. No need to get anyone or any dog sick. We can work something out.
